This series is for transracial adoptees only who are looking to get more support and guidance around their adoptee journey. I will do a mixture of guiding, coaching and facilitating the group to explore and discuss a weekly topic. We will use guided BodyMind Movement, art and/or writing to reflect, and then share as a group. This intention of this series is to deepen our understanding of our adoptee experience, ask questions without judgement, and connect with other adoptees.
As adoptees, we live with a lot of uncertainty as our body holds space for unanswered questions. Coaching along with guided exploration around our unanswered questions is a powerful way to get to release and reframe the narratives that we’ve held onto.
